Golden Delight Honey is 100 percent pure, natural, Louisiana honey. Our honey is extracted from the frames of honey comb, lightly filtered to remove any pieces of wax or propolis, and then immediately bottled.

We have four honeybee yards (apiaries). We have three honeybee hives located at our home in surburban Baton Rouge near the Capital Heights area, one bee hive near Bluebonnet Swamp, four bee hives in a rural area located south of Slaughter, Louisiana, and five honeybee hives at Berry Sweet Orchards.

Berry Sweet Orchards, LLC., is located in Ethel, Louisiana. On January 27, 2005, Berry Sweet Orchards became the first organic "you-pick" blueberry orchard to be certified by the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry as an organic producer under the standards of the National Organic Program (NOP).

Are you interested in receiving FREE all natural, unheated Louisiana honey, bee pollen, comb honey, and beeswax candles? We are expanding our honey production operation in 2008, however we need rural properties to put our honeybee colonies on for honey production. We are looking for multiple locations in and adjacent to East Baton Rouge Parish.

Preferrably, the parcels should meet the following conditions:

15 acres or larger
Permanent water source (pond, creek, or river) nearby
Prefer some sort of forage (e.g. clover, tallow trees, blackberries, fruit trees, wildflower fields,) on property or nearby.
Need to be able to put at least 20 honeybee colonies or more on property.
